The Carl Schurz Nursery is available to dependents of direct-hire staff of the United States Consulate as well as dependents of certain diplomatic missions. The Carl Schurz Nursery accepts infants and toddlers, aged six weeks to two years. Full-time, part-time, and drop-in care options are available. The nursery has a minimum of one staff member per four children and each member of our staff is carefully screened and committed to providing outstanding care to your child.

In addition to providing a safe and nurturing environment, the nursery staff support all areas of infant and toddler development. This includes cognitive, emotional, and social skills, as well as fine and gross motor skills.
